i want to leave my single room. The room is fully furnished with a table, chair, wardrobe, fitted kitchen (EBK) and a bed. It is available from 01.05. and is rented exclusively to students. The prerequisite is that you are enrolled at a university, as otherwise this is not possible.

The metro and S-Bahn are nearby (2 min), and the shopping center is only a minute away.

Elevator is also available.

Es ist ab dem 01.05. verfügbar und wird ausschließlich an Studenten vermietet. Voraussetzung ist, dass Sie an einer Universität eingeschrieben sind, da dies sonst nicht möglich ist.

Die U- und S-Bahn sind in der Nähe (2 min), und das Einkaufszentrum ist in nur einer Minute erreichbar.

Aufzug ist auch vorhanden.
