Hallo zusammen,
aus beruflichen Gründen muss ab 01.03.2021 nach Stuttgart ziehen und meine geliebte Wohnung bis zum Ende der Mindestmietzeit (31.10.2021) untervermieten.
Die Wohnung hat ein Zimmer mit separater Küche (EBK), ein Bad mit Wanne und ein Flur mit 2 platzspendenden Einbauschränken. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon (Richtung Osten) zum Hinterhof.
Ich habe die Wohnung immer als sehr ruhig empfunden und im Sommer als angenehm kühl.
Die Wohnung hat einen Teppichboden (wie man ihn so aus Büros kennt). Ich habe mich inzwischen drangewöhnt und finde es sogar ganz angenehm.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert an 1 Person und nur Nicht-Raucher vermietet. Evtl. kann das ein oder andere Möbelstück übernommen werden.
Bushaltestelle: ca. 100m
U-Bahn: Straßburger Straße U1 ca. 1km und Wandsbek Gartenstadt U1 und U3 ca. 1,3km
S-Bahn Friedrichsberg ca. 1,7km
Wandsbek Bahnhof ebenfalls ca. 1,7km
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe: Rewe, Apotheke, Aldi, Bäcker, ...
Auch ein Fitness-Studio und eine Bar sind direkt um die Ecke.
