Da es mich für einige Zeit ins Ausland zieht, vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Wandsbek unter. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1. März bis zum 31. Mai frei. Beim Beginn der Untermiete bin ich flexibel, ein Einzug wäre also auch Mitte März oder zum 1. April möglich.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person und wird vollmöbliert untervermietet. Sie besteht aus einer Küche, einem großen hellen Wohn/Schlafbereich und einem Badezimmer. Es gibt außerdem einen Südbalkon, von dem aus man einen Blick ins Grüne hat.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich gibt es einen Esstisch und Stühle, einen großen Schreibtisch sowie Regale. Für die Kleidung gibt es einen großen Einbauschrank.

As I am moving abroad for some time, I am subletting my 1-room flat in Wandsbek. The flat is available from 1 March. I am flexible about the start of the subletting, so moving in would also be possible in mid-March or on 1 April.
The flat is perfect for one person and is fully furnished. It consists of a kitchen, a large bright living/bedroom area and a bathroom. There is also a south-facing balcony with a view of the greenery.
The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living area there is a dining table and chairs, a large desk and shelves. For clothes, there is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist aber sehr gut angebunden. Zur nächsten U-Bahn und S-Bahn-Station braucht man 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
Fußläufig erreichbar sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man benötigen könnte.

The flat is in a very quiet location, but is very well connected. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the nearest U- and S-Bahn train station.
All shopping facilities that one might need are within walking distance.
