Da ich ab Ende Mai mein Auslandsemester beginne, muss ich leider meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung abgeben. Das Zimmer bietet alles was man braucht und ist dabei sehr gemütlich mit seiner Holzoptik. Da es sich im fünften Stock befindet hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen von Hamburg.
Das Zimmer ist, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, vollmöbliert (Kleiderschrank, Bett, Kühlschrank, Schreibtisch). Trotz der Kleine des Zimmers gibt es viel Stauraum. Im Haus befinden sich Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die gegen eine kleine Gebühr genutzt werden können. Zu Einzug wird lediglich eine Matratze benötigt, welche von mir gegen 100€ gerne übernommen werden kann (Neupreis: 250€). Alle Nebenkosten sind in den 591€ inkludiert. Ebenso auch das Internet, welches sehr schnell ist.
Falls gewünscht kann ein Parkplatz hinzu gemietet werden. Dennoch befinden sich ausreichend Parkplätze in näherer Umgebung.
I'm leaving this nice room for my study abroad and in that context I'm looking for a tenant. The room offers everything you need and with it's wood-optic it looks really comfortably. The view of the room on the port is very nice.
The room like you can see in the pictures is furnitured (wardrobe, bed, fridge, table). You just need to buy a mattress. Because I'm leaving I would like to sell my current mattress to you for 100€ (bought it for 250€). In the house there are washing machines and dryers which you can use for a small fee. All incidental costs are included as well the fast WiFi.
If you need a parking lot you can rent one which is at the house or alternative you can use one of the public ones which are nearby.
In fünf Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die S-Bahnstation Wilhelmsburg. Von hier fahren alle 5 Minuten S-Bahnen, die einen in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und in 4 Minuten nach Harburg bringen.
Wilhelmsburg als aufstrebender Stadtteil, wird vor allem zunehmend von jungen Menschen aufgesucht.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich direkt neben dem Inselpark, welcher viele Freizeitaktivitäten bietet (Basketballplatz, Skatepark, Fußballplatz, Schwimmbad, Kletterhalle (In- und Outdoor), aber auch perfekt für einen Spaziergang geeignet ist.
You reach the train-station in Wilhelmsburg within 5 Minutes of walking. The trains arrive each 5 Minutes and bring you to the main-station in 10 Minutes and to Harburg in 5 Minutes.
Wilhelmsburg is a rising part in Hamburg especially for students. The house is next to a park which offers many activities. It has a basketball field, football field, skating park, swimming pool, climbing/bouldering hall and is perfect to go for a walk.
Das Wohnheim wurde Oktober 2017 eröffnet und besteht aus 350 Zimmern.
Im Gebäude befindet sich ein Café und ein Bereich in dem einige der Bewohner sich jeden Abend zusammentreffen und Karten spielen, Bier trinken oder einfach Zeit miteinander verbringen. Wirklich tolle Gemeinschaft!
Der Mietvertrag wird mit der Hausverwaltung geschlossen und nicht mit mir.
The house opened in Oktober 2017 and has 350 rooms.
In the building there is a café and an area where some residents meet up at the end of the day to drink some beers, to play cards or just to hang out. It's a really nice community!
