You will replace me in the contract and easily can use this address for registeration. It is one of the apartments of Woodie Studentenwohnheim and it is specially suitable for students or anyone else who are looking for a small, safe and clean accommodation. The building is brand new and I am the first tenant in my unit. Every thing is en suite you only share the laundry facilities. The place has a table, a desk, bed and lots of storage and shelvs. The unit originally comes with no mattress but I'll leave mine for you for free.
It has a kitchenette including a small fridge and a small stove, private bathroom and a shower.

Just five minutes (or even less) walk to Wilhelmsburg train station and from there you just have 12 mins to HBF.
