Central, bright and peaceful one-room apartment with fantastic view, bathtub and balcony. Located in Winterhude, one of Hamburg's most desired neighbourhoods, only 10-minute walk to the Alster, the Stadtpark, and with frequent metro-buses directly to the Central Station.
The big panoramic window occupying the whole side makes the apartment extremely bright and spacious. The building is surrounded by grass (and geese) in a quiet street next to a channel leading to the Alster.
Access to the appartment is easy through one of the two elevators in the building. Central heating in all rooms. Carpet in the hall and main room. Internet (WiFi). The kitchen is equipped with electric plates and oven, a small fridge/freezer, a kettle and main utensils. The bathroom includes a bathtub, wide mirror and a hand-towel. Laundry facilities can also be arranged.
Winterhude is a thriving neighbourhood filled with cosy cafes and all kinds of shops. There are a couple of supermarkets very close-by the apartment. There are plenty of green areas to go for a walk like the Alster and the Stadtpark.
Transport is fast with two metro-busses (number 6 and 25) leading to the central station (only 14 min drive) and other U-bahn stations.
I will be away from beginning April and I am looking for someone who needs a place to stay in Hamburg during this time. Dates are flexible, so we can discuss it if you need to stay another month.
