Search of an appartment in Hamburg (if possible wilhelmsburg area) for a minimum of 8 months.

I am a spanish guy who is rotating with its company from France to Germany (lots of turns). Initially, I will be in Hamburg a minimum of 8 months, therefore I need to find a place for at least from march to october (both included). I am very energic, opened and kind, but also I like to spend some time on my own when I am at home. I am also very clean and tidy, almost obsessive, and hate chaos, I need to have everything settled and no missing nots.

Besides that, I have no pet, and I travel a lot myself due to work, therfore I will not be always at the appartment. Finally, I also want to know the city and do as many things as I can, therefore I think I will not spend that much time in the appartment either when I am in the city. Its a big city for a short time!
