Nicht-Raucher, ordentlich und ruhig / 1-Zimmer-Wohnung gesucht. Non-smoker, neat and quiet guy looking for 1-room apartment/studio

Hallo zusammen, ich bin Jinqian aus dem USA/China und jetzt arbeite ich in Hamburg als Store Manager nach meinem Studium in Bremen. Jetzt wohne ich in einer WG in St. Pauli, aber ab dem 15.09/01.10 möchte ich nach eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung umziehen. Der Standort is die wichtigste Sache für mich. Eigentlich welcher Stadtteil ist mir egal, so lange wie in der Nähe von U/S-bahnhof. Ich bin ruhig und ordentlich, und rauche gar nicht.

P.S. lieber mit einer Waschmaschine, aber ohne geht auch.

Hi everyone, I'm Jinqian from the states/China. After my bachelor study in Bremen, I got a job as store manager in Hamburg. Right now I'm living in a shared flat in St. Pauli, but from Sep.15/Oct.1 on I would like to move into an apartment for myself. For me the location is the most important thing. I don't really care about which part of the city the apartment belongs to, as long as it's next to a subway/S-bahn station. I'm a quiet guy and like everything in order (kind of a neat freak), and I don't smoke at all.

P.S. A washing machine in the apartment would be awesome, but not a must.
