Flat request for 4 month exchange student from September 1st to December 31st 2022

I am 21 years old. I am an exchange student coming to Kuhne Logistics University for an exchange program from 1st September to 31st December 2022. I am looking for either a 1 bedroom flat or a flat share but with a maximum of 3 people. I would like to live with only females. I am a bit more on the introverted side but I am willing to try out new things in Hamburg and just generally explore. For a flat share, I would prefer roommates who aren't big on hosting parties much. I would also like to get a place whose monthly bills are included in the rent. I would also like roommates who don't smoke. I would like a room with that allows of light in
