Da ich selbst unter der woche beruflich in bonn bin, suche ich pendlerin die sich mit mir meine wohnung teilen möchte. D.h.an den wo.enden möchte ich meine wohnung dann alleine benutzen, ich werde vermutlich nicht häufiger als 1-2x im monat in hamburg sein können.
Es ist eine 45qm altbau saniert wohnung, hell, ruhig, individuell schön eingerichtet. Die wohnung hat 2 zimmer, 20qm und ca 12qm gross,küche,flur und bad.
Ich lege wert auf achtsamen umgang sowie sauberheit in der wohnung.und Klare absprachen und freundlicher respektvoller umgang miteinander ist grundbedingung.
