Hello! I will be moving to Vienna at the end of January and I have available this one room apartment with a bathroom and a shared kitchen. It is furnished with 2 dressers, a desk, a bed, and a lamp. Kitchen supplies are all there as well. Mainly students live in the building and they are friendly.
The apartment will be available from 1 Feb-29 Feb. with the potential to stay with a longer lease, if arranged with the landlord.
Public transportation is really convenient since the tram lines run on Beesener Strasse and are only a 2 minute walk out the door. There is an Aldi right next door, so it is perfect for food shopping. There is also a good Asian restaurant on the corner.
Unfortunately, I don't have a camera available to take pictures of the flat, but please feel free to call or email to set up a time to see the place.
