Ich biete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Groß-Buchholz für den Zeitraum 01.07.-31.08. an. Nach Absprache wäre auch schon eine Übergabe ab dem 23./24.06. möglich, ohne dass ich diese Tage berechnen würde. Es gibt einen kleinen Flur mit Schrank von dem das Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne, die ich als Dusche nutze, abgeht. Im Wohnraum steht ein Schlafsofa, es gibt eine kleine Küche und einen schönen Balkon. Das Haus befindet sich direkt bei einem NP-Markt und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls direkt an der Straße (eine Fahrt z. B. zur TUI dauert gerade mal 6 Min.) Die nächste Bahn-Station (Noltemeyerbrücke)ist keine 5 Min. entfernt und ist in ca. 12-13 Min. beim Hauptbahnhof.
Ich würde mich über nette Interessenten freuen!
