Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG Altbau. Es gibt eine separate Küche und ein Badezimmer, sowie einen kleinen Flur. Ich vermiete die Wohnung übergangsweise und mit Möbeln. Meine privaten Dinge, nehme ich natürlich aus der Wohnung, somit hättest du ein unbeschwertes wohnen. Ich würde Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Schränke und solche Utensilien in der Wohnung lassen und dafür eine „Gebrauchs-Pauschale“ von 20 € nehmen :)
Die Wohnung liegt gut mittig in Hannover. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Leibniz Uni (2 min) die Nordstadt, der Steintor, Kröpcke und Hbf. Alles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Aber auch die Bahnstation Königsworther-Platz oder Steintor sind in 2-3 min zu erreichen. Restaurants, Clubs oder das Grüne sind um dich herum. Quasi perfekte Lage für alle Wünsche von Ruhe über Lernen oder Clubben :-)
Über den Zeitraum können wir sprechen, ich lasse mich, (wenn es passt) auch auf eine flexiblere Zeit des Ein- und Auszuges ein.
