Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock,hat einen eigenen kleinen Balkon, eine separate Küche und ein eigenes Bad. Der Balkon ist südlich, Richtung Innenhof gelegen und überdacht. Obwohl der Hauptbahnhof nah dran ist, ist es so ziemlich ruhig auf dem Balkon. Da alle Fenster Richtung Süden zeigen, ist es eine sehr helle und sonnige Wohnung.
Zu Fuß ist der nächste Bus in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und auch eine U-Bahn-Station ist nicht viel weiter weg. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in etwa 8 Minuten erreicht, so ist es auch in die Innenstadt Hannovers nicht weit. Für den normalen Einkauf ist 5 Minuten entfernt der nächste Netto und am Hauptbahnhof findet man einen großen Kaufland sowie einen Lidl der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat.
Zunächst bin Ich alleine in die Wohnung gezogen. Ab Mai wohne ich hier zusammen mit meiner Freundin und es klappt bestens :) Für ein Paar das sich gut versteht, ist das also auch eine Option. Wir gehen ab Januar für 5 Monate nach Madrid, möchten die Wohnung danach aber wieder beziehen, deshalb die Zwischenmiete.
