Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche und ein ebenfalls recht großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer. Es gibt von jedem Zimmer einen Balkon, so dass man eigentlich zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne hat. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus, dadurch ist es absolut ruhig. Die Küche ist auf der Straßenseite, es handelt sich aber um eine sehr wenig befahrene Nebenstraße. Das Bad liegt innen. Außerdem gibt es noch eine praktische Abstellkammer und einen Kellerraum. Der Garten kann ebenfalls mit benutzt werden.

The apartment has a large kitchen and a likewise quite large living/bedroom. There is a balcony from both rooms, so that you have sun at any time of the day. The bedroom goes out to the back, so it is absolutely quiet. The kitchen is on the street side, but it is a very little used side street. The bathroom is located inside. There is also a practical storage room and a cellar room. The garden can also be used.
Zur nächstgelegenen Bahnhaltestelle Lortzingstraße (3 Stationen zum HBF) läuft man zu Fuß ca. 3 Minuten. Ebenfalls 3 Minuten ist ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Getränkemarkt und Packstation entfernt. Zur Eilenriede läuft man etwa 5 Minuten.

The nearest train station Lortzingstraße (3 stations to the main station) is a 3-minute walk. Also 3 minutes away is a supermarket with bakery, beverage market and packstation. The Eilenriede is a 5-minute walk.
