Lage: Sehr beliebte und vor allem ruhige Wohngegend! 8 min mit der Stadtbahn bis ins Zentrum Supermärkte in unter 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Eilenriede (großer Wald) 2 min zu Fuß entfernt und ideal für Sportler.
Jeden Freitag Wochenmarkt 1 min zu Fuß entfernt
Autobahnen (A2 und A7) 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Kurzer Weg zum Messe-Gelände!

Ich besitze einen kleinen Allergiker-Hund und im Haus leben ebenso zwei weitere Hunde. Daher sind Haustiere möglich.
