Die Wohnung hat ein großes Zimmer (~23 m2), eine separate kleine Küche (~2 m2), einen kleinen Flur und ein Bad. Das Zimmer und die Küche haben Fenster.
Im Keller kann ein Abteil beansprucht werden, Fahrräder gelagert werden und soll bald eine Waschmaschine fürs Haus stehen. Der nächste Waschcenter ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es gibt einen süßen Hinterhof zur freien Gestaltung mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Fahrradschuppen.
Ich nehme alle Möbel mit. Küchenzeile und Hängeschränke bleiben drin.
Warmmiete sind 598€, Strom waren bei mir monatlich ca. 10 Euro.
Der E-Damm, alle benötigten Geschäfte, Cafés, Kioske, Bus und Bahn und Parks sind wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß. Im Haus wohnen überwiegend junge Leute in den 20ern oder 30ern.
Der Vermieter lehnt Jobcenter ab und möchte Studierende, Auszubildende oder Berufseinsteiger:innen mit Bürgschaft.
