Hey guys, I'm a student in Hannover, but sadly only for 6 months. Since I'm leaving soon, I'm looking for a new renter for my lovely place. The place would be free for the 1rst of March 2019.

For my part, I will say that the Fizz is really great especially if you don't know anyone in Hannover, it is really a great way to meet new people. You can meet in the study room, in the kitchen or in the common room playing Fifa or watching Netflix. (Babyfoot, poolroom)
AND, you still have your intimacy in your appartement with your own kitchen and own bathroom.
U-Bahn Station: Ligne 6 and 11, 3 minutes on walk (Hannover, An Der Strangriede)
Train Station: Hannover Nordstadt S ( Less than 10 minutes)
It's very close from the University:
Conti-campus: 15 minutes by walk, 10 minutes by transportation (6 or 11)
Main building: less than 15 minutes by walk
Rewe is next the building, as well as a Fitness Center
Other commodities very close.
Originally the room doesn't come with accessories. But, I will let my kitchen stuff and a part of the bed sheet. ( Can't bring everything back by plane ;) )
other stuff you can find in the Fizz: bbq, beer pong table, washing machine, table outside, vacuum, inside bike park ....
There is a possibility to rent a parking place.
There is a desk in the entrance with someone from 8-11 am and 3:30 to 8 pm.
