Are you a student who is looking for an apartment? then you are at the right place!
I am subletting my cute apartment in FIZZ Hannover for two months. In a 24 m² flat you can find almost every thing for an student. It is fully furnished including: high-quality system furniture, practical kitchen (refrigerator, fridge, microwave,...), modern shower room with private WC, spacious mirror, a desk, a 120 x 200 cm wide bed and various roll containers.
For Internet, Wi-Fi (private modem) is provided.
From early noon, the sun shines through the floor-to-ceiling windows for the rest of the day, so you can enjoy them from your desk during your breaks. If that's not enough for you, you also have the option to make yourself comfortable in the courtyard (at least if the weather is better than now. :)
For all Fizz residents a large "living room" is freely accessible with billiards table, kicker, sofas, TV etc. If you want to cook with your friends you can in the large communal kitchen. In addition, there are also quiet study rooms so that the study is not too short!
The rent is all-inclusive so there are already all costs for electricity, gas, water, internet, etc. is included.
In fact the advertised price for this apartment is less than it's real price because I will not be in Hannover for two months and I want to sublet it as soon as possible. So do not waste your time and be the first person to apply. :)

The location is centrally located in the student district Nordstadt, the train station is 3 minutes walk, the Kröpke (city center) there are four subway stations and 5 minutes by bike to the university.
The nearest supermarket (REWE) is about 2 minutes away.
Next to it is also a gym.
In addition, the Nordstadt course has many pubs, bars, and restaurants to offer!
The Fizz is ideal if you are new to Hannover. In your room you have the peace you need to study, but if you want to do something and meet new people there are many opportunities. For example, there are regular events such as movie nights, cooking together, or even a party! Or you go in the evening in the common areas, there is always someone to talk!
