Die Wohnung biete ich an, da ich in eine andere Stadt ziehe.
Dabei biete ich alles an für einen Abschlag i. H. von 1000€. (Waschmaschine, Küche etc.)
Ausnahmen hierbei sind das IKEA Bett/ 2x Kleiderschrank (weiß) und der Schreibtisch. Bei diesen würde ich bei Interesse, 10% vom Neupreis runter gehen, da ich sie erst vor ca. 4 Wochen erworben habe.
Belege sind vorhanden.
Mit dieser Wohnung kann man was die Lage anbetrifft nichts falsch machen. Alles ist gut zu erreichen die Anbindung ist top und die Lage super gut!
Netto, Rewe und Rossmann sind 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die Post und Edeka 2-3min.
Zur U-Bahn Haltestelle benötigt man ungefähr fünf Minuten zu Fuß, wenn man zügiger läuft auch schneller.
Von dort aus benötigt man ca. 3min zum Kröpcke mit der U-Bahn.
5-10 Minuten Laufweg zum Maschsee.
