ich (anfang 30, w, Uniangestellte)suche nette, ruhige Wohnung zwischen Uni und Südstadt. Ich mag es lauschig und entspannt, am besten ein Haus mit Gleichgesinnten. Im OG mit 1-2,5 Zimmer(n) zum Innenhof hin, EBK, Balkon (und Möbel) wären ideal.
