Looking for a 1-Room Flat or Flatshare (max. 2 persons)

I am a PhD student at MHH and I will be living in Hannover for 3 years. I speak very little German. I am looking for a 1 room flat (furnished or partly furnished) with a maximum of 3 people. A flatshare with two more people (maximum) would also be suitable. I would prefer to move in before 01 Jan 2015. I am a non-smoker and I do not have pets, although I do not mind living with people having pets. I am mostly at the University, but I enjoying cooking and planning get-together with wine and music!
