Hallo, ich bin Studentin und suche zu Dez./ Jan. eine 1. Zi´. Whg. Gerne mit einem schönen Bad, Balkon und ca. 25 qcm. Ich rauche nicht, allerdings wird nächstes Jahr ein Hund mit in meine Wohung ziehen. Ich bin sehr ordentlich und sauber. Max. Miete warm läge bei 420 €.
