Ich suche eine Wohnung für ein Jahr ab 1. September 2018 zu mieten.
Es ist wirklich wichtig, dass das Gebiet sicher ist.
Ich werde meine 7-jährigen Zwillinge und ein Jahr altes Baby haben. Die Kinder lernen Deutsch und das Baby geht in den Kindergarten, während ich Deutsch lerne. Idealerweise wird die Wohnung oder das Haus in einer grünen Umgebung sein.
Ich kann bis zu 520 warm mit Möbeln oder 450 ohne bezahlen.

I am looking for an apartment to rent for one year from September 1st 2018.
It is really important the area is safe.
I will have my 7-year-old twins and a year-old baby. The children will be learning German and the baby will go to kindergarten while I learn German. Ideally the apartment or house will be in a green area.
I can pay up to 520 warmt with furniture or 450 without.
