Ich (22 Jahre, ruhige Jurastudentin) suche nach einer 1 Zimmerwohnung in Hannover-Stadt, vorzugsweise Südstadt oder Mitte (ist aber nicht allzu wichtig!) Sie sollte nicht unter 28 qm groß sein und monatlich nicht mehr als 300-320 € warm (inkl. Stadtwerke) kosten. Super wäre eine vom Schlafraum getrennte Küche, ist aber kein Muss.
