Looking for a flat from Feburary 2022

I am Chutao Chen, 26, an upcoming PhD student at Twincore from China.

I'm looking for a furnished flat with kitchen in Hannover from February, 2022. My wife will stay with me for some time, so a 1-room / 2-room flat will be preferable for us. We may also share a large room in a WG if it is acceptable for the roomates. We hope the flat is no more than 5 km by bike from my workplace, Feodor-Lynen-Straße 7.

We don't smoke, drink or party. We both speak English well, but only a little German.
