Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines kleinen schönen Altstadthauses und ist sehr schön saniert, sie hat eine kleine Einbauküche mit Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank und es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche, die vorderen Fenster gehen zur Strasse und zwei weitere zu einem kleinen Hinterhof
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Herzen der Heidelberger Altstadt und trotzdem ist die Strasse hier sehr ruhig, in 4 Minuten kommt man zum Uniplatz und zur Bushaltestelle, Einkausmöglichkeiten sind alle ganz nah
für die Wohung suche ich eine freundliche Nachmieterin oder Nachmieter (junge Berufstätige oder Berufstätiger oder Studierende)
