A beautiful fully furnished one room apartment available for one month rent only (during my vacation). It is located 3 minutes away from a main station Bismarkplatz, and it is almost 15 min walking away from the old town, and from the other direction, it is 20 min walking away from the campus of the university hospital and DKFZ.
Rent required 900 Euro (to include all bills: Internet, Radio, and electricity). Deposit of 500 Euro needed to make sure that the furniture remains in a good shape, as I am not the owner of the apartment. No Pets no smoking please, as I am allergic. I am leaving all my kitchen utensils, and could also provide bed linings and towels, so you could consider it like a hotel where you would not need to bring anything with you.
