I'm subletting my one-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom from October to December.
The apartment is situated in the centre of Heidelberg, between the Adenauerplatz and the Bismarckplatz. It has 23 square metre and a big window front with a beautiful view of the city.
Monthly rent is 560 €; water, heating, electricity, power, WLAN access and all fees are included. There’s no connection for a washing machine, but a launderette is just across the street. The deposit is 560 €.
Die Wohnung liegt etwa 50m entfernt vom Bismarckplatz, dem zentralsten Platz Heidelbergs. Zugleich ist der Bismarckplatz neben dem Hauptbahnhof der wichtigste Knotenpunkt für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, sodass von dort aus alle Heidelberger Stadtteile schnell erreicht werden können.
Ein Supermarkt, ein Fitnessstudio und diverse Restaurants befinden sich direkt im Gebäudekomplex.

The apartment is situated at a distance of about 50m from the Bismarckplatz, Heidelberg's most central place. The Bismarckplatz is also one of Heidelberg's most important hubs for public transport.
A supermarket, a gym and several restaurants are directly located in the building complex.
