Da ich mit meinem Kurs an der Universität Heidelberg fertig bin, suche ich jetzt einen Nachmieter für mein helles 1-Zimmer-Appartement im Wohnheim “EMIL & KARL” in Heidelberg.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, verfügt über eine eigene Küche mit Kühlschrank, ein eigenes Badezimmer, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Regal, Bett mit Matratze und großer Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel.

Sie liegt im Zentrum von Heidelberg genau vor dem Hauptbahnhof.

Die Universität, die Neckarwiese sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDEKA, Aldi, Kaufland) bzw Restaurants, Cafés und Apotheke sind fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.

Mietpreis ist 575 EUR (alles inklusive mit schnellem Internet).
Der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz darf auch per Vereinbarung mit der Verwaltung benutzt werden.

Das Wohnheim ist ruhig und modern.
Gemeinschafts-Lounge, Fitnessraum sowie Waschraum mit Wasch- und Trockenmaschinen sind im Erdgeschoss. Im Keller sind Fahrradkeller und Abstellraum.
