Ich vermiete, ab 1. Februar 2011, meine schöne, recht geräumige, Einzimmerwohnung. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, komplett möbiliert und auch mit einer Küchenzeile (Mikrowelle, Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank) ausgestattet.
Internetflatrate ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Des weiteren steht zur Benutzung eine Waschmaschine, ein Staubsauger und ein Fernsehr bereit. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne (mit Dusche) ausgestattet. Bilder sind hochgeladen.
Die Wohnung kostet pro Monat, alles in allem, 350 Euro, für eine Person. Ihr könnt auch zu zweit hier einziehen, dann wäre die Pauschalmiete um wenige Euros, pro Monat, höher.
Die Wohnung ist 12 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, die Bahn fährt genau vor der Haustür ab und fährt zum Bismarckplatz durch.
