The room's quite small but there's everything in it.
Own kitchen and bathroom are provided.
You will have to share the washing machine but most of the time it's empty so you won't have to go to the coin laundry.
The heating is done by the central heating system that the floors get really warmed up.
(I am very weak against cold and I never once felt cold in this room)
When I moved in here I also had to pay 400 extra euros which is separate from the deposit to the person who rented before me.
Everything then was so old that I went to IKEA and bought a bookshelf, desk and a decent chair.
Other than those three I also replaced a lot of appliances in the room and I only lived here for a month.
So 600 euros have to be paid to me preferably by cash.
The contract can be done with the landlord early November.
I am not a big fan of speaking German because I am not that good at it.
But quite fluent English and Korean.

I am pretty sure that the access to transportation in Weststadt cannot be any better than this room.
Within 2 minutes of walking you can reach Weststadt S-bahnhof station and on the way to the station there are bus and tram stops!
If you are a student and you study Pharmacy, Biochemie, or any other subjects in the INF Heidelberg campus, you can reach there by bus or tram in 10 min.
You can even walk to the Bismarck Platz in 15 min, which comes in handy when you are partyanimals and the bus aren't there for you at 4 in the morning.
Netto and Alnatura can be reached by 5 min walking, and if you want to go to Aldi or Rewe you could just hop on the tram and visit the ones in Bismarck Platz in less than 5 min.
