Hallo,
ich suche für April einen Nachmieter für meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohung in Heidelberg/Kirchheim. Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von 20 m² und besitzt einen kleinen Balkon. Die Möbel können gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden (erwünscht!). Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Im Keller stehen zwei Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung.
Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl direkt hinterm Haus, Aldi und Rewe sind in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen). Auch die Nahverkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut (S-Bahn Station: 1 min Fußweg vom Haus weg, damit in 3 min zum Hauptbahnhof, Straßenbahn: 7 min Fußweg, damit in 12 min direkt zum Bismarckplatz).
