das ist ein Einzelwohnzimmer in Leimen, es gehört zu Uni Heidelberg. Ich muss wegen meines Visums zurück nach Hause fliegen, deshalb suche ich jemanden, er ein Student(nicht unbedingt an HD) oder ein Praktikant ist, zu untermieten.
Das Zimmer ist sauber, hell und ruhig.

Das Studentenwohnheim liegt auf dem Ottheinrichweg 1, zum Bahnhof St. Ilgen Sandhausen zu Fuß braucht man 7 mins und mit dem Zug nach Heidelberg Hbf ca. 7 mins.
Man kann auch mit dem Rad in die Stadt fahren, aber es dauert ca. 40 mins.
Mit dem Bus muss man in der Stadt Leimen umsteigen dann fahren mit Straßen Bahn 23 zum Bismarkplatz.
Am Bahnhof St.Ilgen gibt es ein Netto.
Es gibt einen Untermietevertrag aus der Uni. Das wird offiziell sein.
EG gibt es PC Pool und Waschmaschine. Draußen kann man Fahrrad packen
Wenn man ein Student an der HD ist, kann auch das Zimmer übernehmen, sag Bescheid dann melde ich mich am Studentenwerk an und dann füllt ein Bewerbungsformular aus.
