Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine zentral gelegene 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Heidelberg Neuenheim (etwa 5 Minuten vom Neckar und 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle Wielandtraße entfernt).
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort vefügbar.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 285,00€ und darin ist eine Pauschale für den Strom bereits enthalten.
Das Bad und die Toilette sind mußt du dir mit deinen 2 (netten) Nachbarn teilen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral im schönen Heidelberg Neuenheim. Die Bushaltestelle Wielandstraße ist etwa 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Bahnhaltestelle Bunsengynmanium ist ebenfalls in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Auch die Neckarwiese ist nicht weit entfernt, cirka 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Falls du ein Auto hast ist das kein Problem, es sind reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden (Anwohnerausweiß ist allerdings Pflicht).
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es einen Nahkauf in etwa 10 Minuten entfernung, alternativ ist ein REWE City in der Ladenburger Straße auch ganz in der Nähe.
Zu guter letzt ist noch die Shell-Tankstelle in der Mönchhofstraße um die Ecke um sich beisielsweiße mit kühlem Bier für die Neckarwiese auszustatten. . .
