Hi all,
I am leaving my apartment at the end of October and would like to find a replacement who can also buy all or most of the furniture, to suggest him/her to the landlord. Possible to move in as early as 15th of October if the landlord agrees. Current rent is 450 EUR (warm), and electricity is around 41 EUR. The apartment is in an old building, it is around ~22 square meters with a big room, a small kitchenette (small fridge, mobile stove and two hotplates), and a small bathroom. There is also a large balcony. There is also a small storage room on the ground floor. Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, with payment.
Furniture includes used desk, bed, closet, library stand, bed stand/drawers, desk stand/drawers, table, 4 chairs, 1 office chair, kitchen stand, shoes stand, camp bed (in the storage room), hammock (on the balcony). Total price 400 EUR for them, price/pieces somewhat negotiable but I'm looking for someone that will keep most of the furniture.
The apartment is centrally located in Neuenheim. It is 2' away from Marktplatz in Neuenheim and 2' away from the tram stop Brückenstraße.
