The apartment is 18 metresquare and is equipped with everything (tiny own kitchen and a bathroom with shower). The furniture will all be left to you so you don't need to bring anything. They consist of a sofa bed, a shelf, 2 desks, and a simple cupboard to hang clothes and a few other pieces.
Some of those stuff that I bought 2 months earlier will be left to you, they are a thin mattress, a long carpet, a small bathroom rug, a land light and a bathroom wall light and for them I charge 90 euros extra.
You will be signing the contract with the landlord directly and the contract is cancellable as long as you find the next tenant or inform the landlord 3 months in advance. And you may move in soon in early Jan after I move all of my stuff out.

The apartment locates right in the centre area (Brückenstr.), and the bus station where you could take 5, 23, 31 bus is just a few metres away outside. There is also Lidl which is across the street. It is only 600 metres away from Bismarckplatz. So it is easy and convenient to go anywhere from this location.
You need to pay electricity and heating fee and internet extra since it's cold rent for 305 euros and Stadtwerke charges 75 euros per month in advance. They will pay you back if you didn't use as much as 75 euros worth gas and electricity. And with internet, it is your choice to pick O2 or Vodafone etc., lots of choices.
