Das Zimmer ist 10 qm groß und sehr gut geschnitten. Der Platz ist optimal ausgenutzt und mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Sessel und diversen Einrichtungsgegenständen (Spiegel, Lampen, Vorhänge, etc.) ausgestattet. Der Boden ist wie in der gesamten Wohnung aus hellen, sehr schönen Dielen. Zusätzlich gehört zu dem Zimmer eine geräumige Abstellkammer, die als begehbarer Kleiderschrank genutzt werden kann. Die Küche ist sehr groß und enthält alles was man benötigt und einen Tisch mit Eckbank. Auch der Flur und das Badezimmer sind recht geräumig. Die Toilette befindet sich in einem kleinen extra Zimmer zusätzlich zum Bad.
The room has a floor space of 10 qm and is well cut. The space is used wisely and equipped with a bed, desk, drawer, armchair and other things (mirror, lamps, curtains, etc.). The light wooden floor boards go through the whole apartment. To the room belongs a small storage room which can be used as a walk in closet. The kitchen is especially spacious and has everything that's needed and a table for at least 6 people. The hallway and the bathroom are big enough. The toilet is in an extra room, separated from the bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Wohnlage im Neuenheimer Feld. Sie ist 2 Gehminuten vom Mathematikon mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahn- und Busanbindung entfernt. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 15 erreichbar.
The apartment is located in a calm neigbourhood in Neuhenheimer Feld. To the Mathematikon with several shopping possibilities and the bus and tram connection one needs 2 minutes by foot. The old town center is reachable by bike within 15 minutes.
Die Mitbewohnerin heißt Antonia und studiert Physik und schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit. Daher ist sie sehr beschäftigt, würde jedoch gerne ab und zu etwas mit ihrer neuen Mitbewohnerin unternehmen (Klettern/Bouldern/Tanzen). Wir haben ein sehr harmonisches WG-Leben geführt, das sich vor allem in der großen und sehr gemütlichen Küche abgespielt hat. Dort haben wir oft zusammen gekocht, gegessen oder geredet.
Wichtig ist, dass das schöne Zimmer nur zur Zwischenmiete frei ist und dass es dem Vermieter wichtig ist, dass die Mieterin eine Haftpflichtversicherung besitzt.
The roommate's name is Antonia and she's studiying physics and is busy writing her masters thesis. Nevertheless, she's up to doing something once in a while with her new flatmate (climbing/bouldering/dancing). We had a very harmonic time living together and spent most of it in the spacious and cozy kitchen, where we cooked and ate together or just talked.
What's important ist hat the pretty room is only available over the summer and that it's important for the landlord that the renter has a liability insurance.
