I am looking for a tenant for the period 10th of September to the 20th of December, with possibility for extension. The rent is 299 Euro per month with a deposit of 299 Euro. The apartment has a kitchenette and bathroom (toilet and shower). It is a nice apartment with a balcony and with view over a field and the Heidelberg zoo. The apartment is fully furnished with an armchair, bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and a bookshelf. The surrounding area is very quiet and the neighbors are respectful . You can also borrow my bike for the time period if you would like.
Before the tenant moves out, the apartment should be cleaned thoroughly. This includes mopping the floor and dusting all surfaces.
The building complex is close to bus 31 and 32 which will take you to the town centre and the main train station. It is very close to the botanical garden. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk. It is also close to the river and there are good walking areas close by.
I am a PhD Student at Heidelberg University renting out my student accommodation in a dormitory.
