Das Appartment ist sehr schön, hell und gemütlich. Es hat ein grosses Bett, Schreibtisch etc., ist aber nicht voll gestellt. Siehe Fotos. In zwei Regalschränken kannst du Kleidung unterbringen.. Es hat eine ausgestatte Küchenzeile, ohne Spülmaschine. Ein Bad mit Dusche ist auch da.
Es hat einen super schönen sonnigen Balkon mit Tisch.
Du bist dort in der 3.Etage, deshalb ist das Appartment auch wunderbar hell.
Eine längere Mietdauer ist nicht möglich.
Eigene Möbel sind leider auch nicht möglich, weil es für die, die drinnen sind keinen Stauraum gibt.
Eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht. Aber die Ko-Vermieterin wohnt in der Nachbarwohnung. Nach Absprache ist dort Wäsche waschen möglich.
Ein gesicherter Fahrradabstellplatz ist vor dem Haus nutzbar. Fahhrad bitte nicht ins Zimmer oder Gang stellen:)
In 2 Minuten erreichst du die Strassenbahn, bis Stadtmitte ca 9 Minuten, Neuenheimerfeld ca 15 Min.
Wir wünschen uns eine ruhige, verlässliche Person, die sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgeht. "Fette Partys" sind nicht möglich.
Strassenbahn 2 Min entfernt, ca. 12 Minuten zur Stadtmitte, ca. 15 Minuten Neuenheimer Feld.
In 5 Min bergauf bist du im Wald.
Wlan ist im Preis inbegriffen. Allerdings ist das MB Volumen begrenzt. Für öfter Netflix schauen reicht es nicht.
Die Ko-Vermieterin wohnt in der Nachbarwohnung, falls du Fragen hast hilft sie dir gerne weiter.
Nutzung ihrer Waschmaschine ist nach Absprache möglich.
