Das private Studentenwohnungen liegt im Heidelberger Stadtteil Rohrbach südlich des Stadtzentrums. Ich werde zum 1. April ausziehen und muss dieses schöne und saubere Apartment schweren Herzens weitervermieten.
Die sehr moderne kleine Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Mir hat besonders die moderne Küche und das Bad gefallen. Es gibt zudem eine Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist perfekt angebunden. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Du kannst direkt einziehen. Im Haus selbst gibt es ein Fitnessstudio und auf Waschmaschinen sowie Trockner. Eine Matratze ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich habe die Wohnung als sehr leise empfunden und dank der Rollläden kann der Raum gut abgedunkelt werden. Die Bewohner sind sehr freundlich und untereinander gut vernetzt.
Wichtig ist: Du musst Student/in sein (gültige Immatrikulation). Gut wäre es, wenn du Gehaltsnachweise vorweisen könntest. Melde dich am besten unter WG-Gesucht und wir vereinbaren gern einen Besichtigungstermin.
Ein Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden, sowie mehrere Gemeinschaftsräume

his private student flat is located in the Rohrbach district of Heidelberg, south of the city centre. I will be moving out on 1 April and have to let this nice and clean flat with a heavy heart.
The very modern small flat has everything you need. I particularly liked the modern kitchen and bathroom. There is also underfloor heating. The location is perfectly connected. There is also a balcony. You can move straight in. There is a gym and washing machines and dryers in the building itself. A mattress is also available. I found the flat to be very quiet and the room can be darkened well thanks to the shutters. The residents are very friendly and well connected.
Important: You must be a student (valid enrolment). It would be good if you could show proof of salary. Please contact me at WG-Gesucht and I will be happy to arrange a viewing appointment.

Die Lage bietet eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (schneller Zugang zur A5) und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen (S-Bahn Haltestelle „Kirchheim-Rohrbach“). Mit der S3/S4 ist man in 5 Minuten am HBF. Außerdem liegt der Flughafen Mannheim 30 Autominuten entfernt, der Frankfurter Flughafen ist in 50 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Heidelberger Universität ist nur 5 km entfernt. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in fußläufiger Entfernung erreichbar. Ein Aldi gibt es direkt gegenüber und in 10 Minuten Fußweg gibt es einen Aldi, DM und einen Rewe.

The location offers very good transport connections (quick access to the A5 motorway) and public transport can be reached on foot within a few minutes (S-Bahn stop "Kirchheim-Rohrbach"). With the S3/S4 you can reach the main railway station in 5 minutes. Mannheim Airport is also 30 minutes away by car and Frankfurt Airport can be reached in 50 minutes. Heidelberg University is only 5 km away. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance. There is an Aldi directly opposite and an Aldi, DM and a Rewe within a 10-minute walk.
