Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung ab dem 01. April.
Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und Duschfunktion ausgestattet und es verfügt sogar über so viel Platz, dass noch eine Waschmaschine mit hineinpasst. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, sodass dir die Parkplatzsuche erspart bleibt und auch einen großen Keller in dem du dein Fahrrad anschließen kannst. Das Schönste an der Wohnung ist der nach Süden ausgerichtete Balkon.
Es müssten ein paar Möbel für 350€ und die moderne hochwertige Küche für 2400€ übernommen werden.
Die Möbel sind wie auf den Bildern zu sehen; ein Schrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Spiegel, Vorhänge, Deckenleuchte und die Badschränke.
Bitte schreibt mir nur, wenn ihr mit der Übernahme der Küche und den Möbel mit dem Gesamtpreis von 2750€ einverstanden seid und auf den 01.04. einziehen könnt.
