Hey,
ich such einen Nachmieter für meine kleine aber feine Wohnung. Die Möbel in der Wohnung können gerne gegen einen Abschlag übernohmen werden. Es gibt eine Kochnische. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr schönen und großen Balkon mit Sicht auf einen Berg. Es gibt einen Waschkeller.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Es fahren die 23 und die 24 direkt vor der Haustür. Man fährt nur 10 min zum Bismarkplatz und 15 min ins Neuenheimer Feld. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es auch nur 10 min Fahrt. Direkt unter der Wohnung gibt es ein kleines süßes Café/Restaurant und ca. 15 min zu fuß gibt es auch das Rewe Center mit Rewe, Aldi und Dm.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 550€. Allerdings gibt es kein Wlan, dass müsstest du dir selber organisieren.
