Da ich zum 1.6. mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, werde ich leider aus meiner schönen Wohnung ausziehen müssen.
Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig, ruhig (da sie in einem Wohngebiet liegt), außerdem steht euch ein eigener Balkon zur Verfügung.
Integriert ist eine Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle können für zusammen 50 Euro übernommen werden)und ein gut funktionierendes Bad.
TOP: Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist in der monatlichen Miete integriert, sodass ihr dafür nichts mehr zahlen braucht.
Die Wohnung liegt ideal, denn die Haltestelle Rudolf-Diesel-Straße ist schnell per Fuß zu erreichen, an den Hauptbahnhof ist es auch nicht weit.
Falls ihr Hunger bekommen solltet, sind McDonalds und ein Chinese direkt um die Ecke.
