Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my open-ended contract for my cozy studio apartment located a very short walk away from the Heidelberg Hbf.
The place is an open studio with a balcony (3 by 1.5 meter), with the kitchenette included (it’s the landlord’s) and an underground parking spot.
Rent at the moment is 470 per month which includes:
350 for Wohnung
40 for Garage (there is an underground parking)
and 80 for Vorauszahlungen für Heiz- und Betriebskosten
Bills include 31 euros for Energie and 25 for DSL.
I have IKEA furniture in here now that I would like to sell at very reasonable prices. Ideally, you would just take all of them off my hands, but I'd be okay with selling each piece separately: bed, sofa, shelving unit, armchair, etc.
Communal washing machines/dryers are available in the basement.
There is a storage space in the basement as well.
The flat is located:
5 minute walk to Heidelberg Hbf
3 minute walk to Ringstrasse stop for Line 26
5 minute walk to Stadtwerke stop for Lines 5, 21, 23, 24, 26
7 minute walk to Montpellierbrücke for Line 26 as well as the bus 717, which takes you directly to Schwetzingen and further.
