I am looking for a new tenant (Nachmieter) for my flat in the beautiful HD-Weststadt (Kaiserstrasse, next to Rohrbacher Strasse), one of Heidelbergs favorite living quarters. Available end of this month.
The apartment is fully furnished (including complete kitchen with oven, kitchenware and washing machine) located at the top floor of one of the beautiful early 1900 villas. Public transportation and grocery stores are just a 3 minute walk away, various restaurants everywhere, and of course, very close to Bismarkplatz and Downtown.
Apartment size is about 50qm, located at the third floor (top floor), rent is 550E, with 200Euro utilities ("Nebenkosten") fix (no statement of utility cost/Nebenkostenabbrechnung), including Internet/WiFi and heating. The flat has one big bed/livingroom, a small bathroom and a spacious, well equipped kitchen. Sadly the floor is shared with another apartment at the same floor. There is a storage locker in the basement and a spot to park your bike. No pets, only-non-smokers.
