A nice and quiet 1 bedroom apartment with a separate shower and its own kitchen is located in weststadt.
The apartment is equipped with (see pictures): Bed frame and mattress, closet, desk with chair, refrigerator and small kitchen. Washing machines are shared and free of charge.
Internet, heating, water, and electricity are all included in rent. You do not need to sign a separate contract for electricity, internet, etc.
The apartment is in a good location, close to the old campus of the University of Heidelberg. And it is 1.3 km from Heidelberg's main train station, Bismarckplatz and the city library, all of which can be reached on foot. The S-Bf West/Südstadt station is 150 meters north of the building. There are many supermarkets around, such as Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, Edeka, Netto, and medical clinics nearby.
I am looking for some who are willing to take over some furniture from me and the previous tenant, including a small desk, carpets, clothes drying racks, kitchen equipment including dishes, cutlery, frying pan, and some other stuff for 250 euros.
The landlord is very friendly. He is looking for students as new tenants, so it would be nice to provide your student ID and proof of funds.
