Hello!
A cozy and confortable 1 room apartment will be available soon. The room is furnished, includes its own kitchen and is located in the basement of the building, yet it is well illuminated and is warm ;) ! There is a bathroom that is shared with 2 other very kind tenants. The total rent is 290 euros without internet (which cost is shared and can be arranged with the other 2 neighbours).
The room is well located, only a few stops by tram from the HB station and less than 20 minutes by bike. The tram station can be easily reached in less than 5 minutes by walking and there are numerous bus stops nearby too.
I soon will be moving out of this pretty room and need someone to take on my contract temporarily during the advertised dates. If you are interested please send me a message with some information about yourself and we can discuss further!
