Hallo,
suche nachmieter für meine gut aufgeteilte 1,5 zimmer wohnung. die wohnung ist sehr ruhig man kann hier sehr gut ausschlafen ;-).
Bis zur Bushaltestelle und zum Bäcker sind es ca 5min. Hier fahren Buslinie 33 und 34. Man ist mit dem Bus in ca 15min. in Heidelberg. Am Wochenende fahren auch die Moonliner d.h. man kommt bis morgens um 4uhr(abfahrt bismarckplatz) auf jeden fall nach hause.
Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Garten, der für alle im Haus zugänglich ist, aber nur von wenigen genutzt wird, eignet sich im Sommer sehr gut zum Grillen. Für jemanden der keinen Neubau erwartet eine schöne Wohnung.
zu übernehmen wären ein schönes holzbett mit lattenrost(140x200), kleiderschrank,tisch u 2stühle, waschmaschine, wohnzimmertisch, küchenregal, bereits montierte deckenlampen für insgesammt ca 150€
