Als Doktotandin suche ich mind. für die nächsten 3 Jahre eine schöne, helle 1-Zimmer Whg., bevorzugt in Handschuhsheim oder Neuenheim. Ich bin Nichtraucherin und habe ein gesichertes Einkommen.
Die Whg. sollte mind. 20 m² haben und eine separate Küche besitzen. Abstellraum und Waschmaschinen-Mitbenutzung wäre toll, ein Parkplatz ist nicht nötig.
